First of all, our technician, Wesr was the best knew his job. Did it well kept us informed. You could tell he puts his heart and soul into his job and talking to people a little surprised at the price. I know everything goes up and that's where it is right now I purchased a service plan from them that might alleviate some of the higher cost.
