I have been a long-time customer of Conditioned Air. I had another AC company install my first AC unit. This other company was beyond bad. When they could not fix my unit, I called Conditioned Air. They came out and fixed the problem the first time. Fast forward over 12 years, and I need a new AC/Air handler. I was given horror stories about how much the unit was going to cost. I had other companies bid, but I wanted Conditioned Air. After it was all said and done, Conditioned Air's price was more than competitive with superior Lennox equipment. I was given their best installation crew. They, of course, found mistakes the original installer made and had to fix them. When it was all finished, my air handler unit in the garage was so quiet that I told them it's not working. " Uh, sir, I sealed this unit tight so you would not hear any noise." I am happy I found this company and recommend them as one of the best around.

We had used this business in Naples. We recently moved to Sarasota. I decided to use them again. George was great. I liked the text Notification of his arrival, and he also called to let me know exactly what time he would be there. He was very thorough checking everything with our system, which is a little bit older, but he said it was in very good condition. He cleaned things thoroughly since it had not been cleaned in sometime.
He didn't pressure us to doing anything unnecessary. He explained all that he did before leaving. We had one item that needs replacing which he didn't have on the truck. He explained he would get both a quote for the part and will make sure our follow up is scheduled.
Semi-annual maintenance on our hvac system done by Condition Air keeps our system in tip top shape. Jovanie is a great technician, very responsive and professional.
