Update January 2026: We continue to use Conditioned Air and our technician recently was Humberto. He was ahead of schedule, kept me informed throughout the service appointment and identified an issue for which he provided the appropriate information so I could make the decision to swap out a part now vs. wait. Great service!
Update July 2023: Jacob has been our technician now during several maintenance and service calls. He's been outstanding in making sure our A/C unit works flawlessly, has kept me in the loop and very well informed me of the work completed. Due to the humid conditions we have seen mold emerging in our fan/blower unit and Jacob recommended to install a UV light system. I've researched the unit and recommendation and confirmed this is a good solution. I certainly wish every technician was as detail oriented and diligent as he is.

Great experience with a recent service/maintenance call. Our technician (Jeffrey) was prompt, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He went through our system step by step and patiently answered a number of questions we had while he was going through his checklist. We are subscribed to their maintenance plan and couldn't be more pleased.
