I've found Conditioned Air to be responsive to my cooling satisfaction, prompt service (repair), and employees courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. My issue is with the Amanda (Goodman) air-conditioning system, purchased 6 years ago. Shortly after original installation problems were encountered with the manufacturer's product. Parts replaced before finally discovering the capacitor on the outside unit, placed by the manufacturer, was insignificant to start the unit. Conditioned Air replaced it with a significantly upgraded capacitor. No more issues until recently. The system lost all its coolant due to leakage in the A-coil after only 6 years. Thankfully i purchased the 10-year warranty since a new A-coil was required, a major component. Again, Conditioned Air was as prompt as possible ordering the new part and getting it installed quickly within 3-days. My experience with this Amanda AC system has me believing to NOT RECOMMEND, to anyone, to purchase this product due to its unreliability. I do not have confidence that this product will make it through its warranty period or beyond. Satisfied with Conditioned Air, but not with Amanda (Goodman), the manufacturer.
