Andrew arrived on time to assess why our wine refrigerator wasn't cooling. It was too heavy to move away from the wall so he actually HELPED me empty several cases of wine before going to work. Unfortunately the problem was a leak that is very pricey to repair with a 50% chance of success, so I'm going to have to replace the Wine Enthusiast cooler which I purchased in February of 2024. . He was very knowledgeable and personable. I'd definitely recommend him.
