Joel appeared to be very thorough in my service call. He showed the readings for the unit were all in range and cleaned the drain lines.

We have had some rather challenging issues to diagnose on our Amana system. Mike managed to find the problems and fix us right up!
The only downside is Conditioned Air is rather pricey, charging for a diagnostic fee and then whatever labor and part charges apply, as well. That being said, our air conditioner is functioning well, thanks to Mike.
Javier Hernandez and Omar did a beautiful job replacing our air handler and compressor in our condo, even relocating a drainage pipe that was extra work for them. The job site was kept clean and it was completed in a timely manner. We have used this company since 2015 and they have never let us down, even replacing a coil on Christmas Eve once! Would highly recommend.
