Service is always excellent. This was my 6 month check up and I have been a customer for 13 years. The service tech was on time and very professional and kind. I have no complaints and have always felt I get great service.
Just under 2 years ago $14,000. Was spent on a new unit that was supposed to be the very best. But we have had multiple time the air stop working even having maintenance done every 6 months. Several technicians have come. But only Brendan Fernandez who is very knowledgeable cared enough to find out the core of the problem. Finally I'm hoping it keeps working. But I realize that having the best not just knowledgeable but one who takes honest pride in his work. Makes all the difference. As property manager for the Fitzgerald's from now on I will only request Brendan Fernandez as a technician for our property. Thank you Brendan
