Jacob Mielke did a good job! He scrubbed the coils and pan, flushed the condensation line, and checked the air condensing unit for proper readings, and washed out the fins with a garden hose. He video taped it so I could see every step of the process
I really feel I got my moneys worth. I will request him next time I need maintence on my HVAC system.

Joshua was prompt and courteous. I sent pictures a handyman had taken for me as the HVAC was in the attic to Conditioned Air and Joshua confirmed the fresh air return duct had slipped from strapping that had pulled loose. He reattached and sealed it, provided photos of his work, and left everything neat!
