Your technician, Tyshawn, Called 20 minutes before he arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. He was clearly competent, polite, explaining the maintenance service each step of the way.
UPDATE: The company reached out to us and sent Cameron, who is a great technician, He explained things thoroughly and included what we now refer to as the "Cameron Method" to simplify the installation. Very pleased with the quick response to our difficulty.
We spent an enormous amount of money on a new system, and included a service agreement. The Lennox system is wonderful, but we were struggling to replace the filter for the first time. When I called to ask if someone could stop by for help, I was told, repeatedly, that it would cost $169 for a "diagnostic fee." We REALLY miss Honest Air, which was bought out by this company.
I was lucky enough to have Gregg Tremblay complete my maintenance on my AC unit. He was awesome. Timely, Courteous, and thorough. Ask for him if you need maintenance! You won't be sorry!
