The humidity in my house was very high. Robert was there the day I called and he found the problem right away in the thermostat settings. Since I was due for a maintenance check he performed that too and that visit was covered by my prepaid maintenance agreement. No emergency service charge! Thank you Robert for a very professional service. I have used Conditioned Air for over 6 years and have been very satisfied.

James was my technician and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. He took the time to understand the situation, advocated for me, and made sure everything was handled fairly and professionally.
What impressed me most was how genuinely invested he was in helping me. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when they actually care about the customer, and he absolutely cared.
