Contacted Conditioned Air after my existing company told me my static pressure was high and needed to replace all ductwork $20k. The Conditioned Air tech ran all the necessary diagnostics, took Pics, and explained to me that my unit was operating perfectly. They are honest, trustworthy and professional and will soon have all my future business.
Lightening strike caused a power outage along with destruction of our internet router which also damaged our thermostat which resulted in no A/C unit. We were able to get an appointment the next day. Our technician, Ivan, was able to find the problem, replace our thermostat and restore our A/C. Ivan was knowledgeable and kept us informed.

Humberto was the technician who performed the summer inspection of our HVAC unit. We were not on property but our home watch person was. Humberto did an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning of our unit inside & out, and sent me almost three dozen photos of all he did. Great job. Thank you Humberto!

I am again reviewing my most recent service provided. I thought my AC had failed. I called for an early appointment for the next morning and technician Ryan Pearce arrived promptly at 8 am. He discovered that the issue was with my thermostat and promptly addressed the issue. Thank you Ryan. My house is cooling down now.
I am updating my review today when service technician George Ratliff performed the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. He did a thorough job of the maintenance and explained many things to me. My system is now an older system, but still working OK. I appreciate the time he took and the knowledge he has. Thank you again Conditioned Air.
I was very pleased with my air conditioning repair completed by Daniel. He successfully diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed part and got my system up and running quickly - all at a reasonable cost.He explained what had caused the problem in a way that I could understand and provided additional information about an annual maintenance plan.
