The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. We think he did a thorough job. The maintenance was part of our service contract. Thetefire, I cannot comment on the price which is a question below. There needs to be another option for service contract.

My experience was very good. Hunter was likable, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He replaced my thermostat at the agreed price, and he got everything up and running again. He even helped me find the necessary paint color in the garage, and applied the paint itself, where the new thermostat outline didn't cover the old outline. He was easy to talk to, and communicated very well.
Jacob serviced our A/C today and did an excellent job. He is very thorough and provides pictures of all areas he addressed. I highly recommend Conditioned Air and Jacob.
