Our AC system went down this past Friday night, so I called CA to dispatch a technician. My wife recently fractured her spine so we were unable to leave our condo until service was restored. I also reached out to our salesman, Joe Kazmierski, and let him know of our situation. Despite the fact that Joe was out of town, he contacted a manager in the service department to see when a technician might be scheduled to come to our home. Shortly thereafter, I received a call that a technician would be contacting me about his arrival time. Jim Burns, the service tech, quickly diagnosed the issue and he had the system back operating Sunday afternoon.In addition to thanking Joe for his help, I'd like to acknowledge Jim Burns, who clearly is an extremely competent and professional troubleshooter for CA. Both of these gentlemen went "above and beyond" to help us get our AC service back online.
Austin is terrific. I ask for him every time . He knows his job well . Very friendly and easy to talk to . He is always willing to suggest things to help .

The service provided by Daniel was excellent! He listened to my input and valued it, then quickly set about resolving the problem. He was very communicative, and left me with recommendations to help avoid the problem from recurring in the future. Given it was late on a Sunday afternoon, I was extremely pleased with the response from Conditioned Air, and the service from Daniel.
Great job by Emiliyan. Professional and efficient. This man started this morning on his own and never took a break. Originally we were under the impression that we were going to have two techs on the job. Emiliyan came solo and was done in about 6 hours replacing the outside and inside units.
