Duane was great, the price, not so much, 1300 dollars for and electric motor is Pideful, that's not the customer service I would expect from you guys

We needed weekend service & the tech that initially showed up did not have the equipment to solve the problem saying that another tech would be coming out. Once the technician, Daniel B., arrived, he had the expertise to diagnose the problem. He methodically solved the problem & traced it down to literally the systems smallest part that failed. Dedication & professionalism 100 percent!!
