Always professional. My technician, Wilder Telemaque, called to let me know he would arrive in 15 minutes at 10am and be was right on time! Came in, was polite and got right to work. Finished the inside service and left everything clean and neat. Started the outside service and came to tell me that I was in need of a capacitor - showed me the old one and gave me the price for a new one and said he had it on the truck and would replace it ASAP. Finished everything quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with all the employees I have dealt with at Conditioned Air over the last 10 years - from office staff to several technicians.
