Keith Perry was dispatched to perform our semi-annual HVAC checkup. The scheduled window of arrival was between 8:00-10:00 am. Keith called us shortly after 8:00 am and said he was on his way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. He pulled up at 8:35 am and introduced himself with his ID and took the time to explain what he was going to do and asked if we had any concerns or issues. His work was perfect and the system "Tune-up" went without a hitch. He explained everything he was doing step by step and made recommendations on how we might improve performance. He even put on a set of disposable booties when he came in the house to check the thermostat and change the return air filter. His performance was stellar. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of our needs and willing to take the time to make sure things were done right. A genuinely nice guy that did his job extremely well. We hope we can request him for any future checkups from Conditioned Air.
Alton always does a great job for us. Answers all of my questions and helps me understand our HVAC which is a different type of system than what we're had in the past.
Professional service
I can't stress enough how positive my experience was with Conditioned Air in Sarasota. There were some unusual situations in my home. The service manager Chuck worked with me and assigned Daniel B. to be my service person until all issues were resolved. Daniel had to come several times to both diagnosis the issues and then correct them in series of steps to ensure everything was taken care of in the best way. Each time he took his time, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process to me. Within 2 months of working with Chuck and Daniel, all my issues were resolved. Impressive as I had worked with another company for 1 1/2 years without resolution.
Our technician, Jael, was the most thorough, pleasant serviceman we've had out to service our AC unit. 12 stars out of 10 for Jael !!!
