As far as I know, Hector did a professional job servicing our air conditioning system. My only complaint was that he arrived about 4pm when the service window was between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. I was told by the office that this was a very busy week for the company and that many technicians were working longer than normal hours.
Tech Casey communicated his findings and resolved the A/C problem by cleaning and adjusting the outside condenser.
Armando Jimenez did a wonderful job-telling us what he would be doing and explaining as he went along! Good job!!

Suddenly, after 11 years, my A/C unit went kaput. Fortunately, my long-term relationship with Conditioned Air led to a speedy solution. Starting with advisor, Nathan Butran, I was presented with options and all were clearly explained . After choosing a Lennox system, a quick date was set up to soon get a new system installed. Emo and Abdiel came to do the installation. Emo led the team. Their understanding of the system and their ability to explain how I, as the primary user, would use it effectively. The wi-fi thermostat has an easy-to-use interface and gives me peace of mind when away for periods of time. They were both a great team and Conditioned Air is very lucky to have them as employees.
