They were able to provide service the same day my system failed, which is a big deal in the extreme heat. Within 3 hours, it was diagnosed and fixed. Great job. The yearly maintenance plan is well worth it.

I would just like to confirm that my four indoor air filters were replaced. I was told they were but don't see any evidence of debris or dust under the units as I usually do. Please just confirm. I also didn't see the old filters disposed of in my garbage or left anywhere else.

He was Polite, professional and provided us with a great deal of information as to how to better care for the air conditioner between service calls. I am hoping he can service us on a regular basis.
