The Technicians name today was Jacob. Very thorough and professional. Did an excellent job checking the system and changed all filters on air return. Would request him again.
Tech was knowledgeable and, in general , did a good job. The only problem was my duct filters were not changed. This filter changing should have been part of my biannual maintenance agreement .
