My technician Larry Leon was fantastic. He explained to me in detail what he did and what he found. He changed my air filter of which I had next to my HVAC unit. He was a real gentleman and pleasure to deal with !

Diagnosed the problem immediately, tracked down the needed part, and had me up and running right away. I was disappointed that a 2 year old part failed, but realize that's on the manufacturer, not this technician.
