A 6 month service check was done on my air conditioner. Ryan was very efficient and capable. He arrived right on time and went right to work. He made an assessment of the shape and functioning of the conditioner and reported his findings to me. The unit is over 10 years old, but is working fine at this point.

The Technicians name today was Jacob. Very thorough and professional. Did an excellent job checking the system and changed all filters on air return. Would request him again.
Tech was knowledgeable and, in general , did a good job. The only problem was my duct filters were not changed. This filter changing should have been part of my biannual maintenance agreement .
