Daniel did a great job, providing maintenance for our system. He provided helpful suggestions for me on how to extend the life of my unit. He was efficient and respectful. I have had Conditioned Air provide maintenance on my unit for ten years and have always been pleased with their services.

Jacob is an exceptional technician. Not only did he make sure that my air conditioning system was in top working order, but also paid extra attention to detail. He cleaned and polished certain parts, cleaned dust from around my closet door that I hadn't noticed and explained everything he had done. I will definitely ask for him the next time my AC unit is due for service.

Daniel from Conditioned Air serviced my A/C unit today. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He went above and beyond for me when he noticed a box near the A/C unit that contained a UV light that was brand new and asked why it hadn't been installed. I told him my husband passed away suddenly and must have bought it and didn't have a chance to install it. Daniel installed it for me as a favor. Great customer service!!
I've found Conditioned Air to be responsive to my cooling satisfaction, prompt service (repair), and employees courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. My issue is with the Amanda (Goodman) air-conditioning system, purchased 6 years ago. Shortly after original installation problems were encountered with the manufacturer's product. Parts replaced before finally discovering the capacitor on the outside unit, placed by the manufacturer, was insignificant to start the unit. Conditioned Air replaced it with a significantly upgraded capacitor. No more issues until recently. The system lost all its coolant due to leakage in the A-coil after only 6 years. Thankfully i purchased the 10-year warranty since a new A-coil was required, a major component. Again, Conditioned Air was as prompt as possible ordering the new part and getting it installed quickly within 3-days. My experience with this Amanda AC system has me believing to NOT RECOMMEND, to anyone, to purchase this product due to its unreliability. I do not have confidence that this product will make it through its warranty period or beyond. Satisfied with Conditioned Air, but not with Amanda (Goodman), the manufacturer.
