Joshua was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient! He explained what maintenance he was going to do with the A/C and Handler unit. He worked quickly and efficiently. Answered all our questions so we have a better understanding of the units as well as the use of the bladder bag to combat algae in the drain line. Changed the filter that we had on hand. What a wonderful young technician! Thank you so much!
Jeffrey was kind,patient and professional. He took time to communicate with me what my options were. He was efficient yet thorough.
Thomas was on time spent 45 minutes and did a through check of a/c unit. He informed me that in the near future a new capisitor should be replaced.
