The technician arrived on time and called ahead to notify of his arrival time. His name was Jael. He was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the process. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it efficiently. Jael was very enthusiastic about his job and truly a pleasure to work with. This employee is a valued asset to Conditioned Air. Kudos for the job he performed.

Keith was a competent technician. He provided the semi-annual system maintenance. The noon- 2:00 PM appointment became 3-4. My only issue was the annoying policy of up charging clients for unnecessary services. Conditioned Air is now requiring techs to leave estimates for "repairs" after each maintenance service.
