I have my second set of A/C systems from Conditioned Air by now (They were the original contractor in our new development 11 years ago and I bought from them again when I decided to replace both units last year, as their quote was competitive and I had been generally satisfied with their service performance over the past 10 years). Today their tech Auston did the semi-annual maintenance on my two units, and I was very pleased with his professionalism and his patience in answering my questions. He is the main reason I am finally writing a Google Review on Conditioned Air today, which has been long overdue. Excellent job, Auston! I also want to commend their customer service back-office team which is always very responsive. (Most recent example: I sent an email with a question just before 7pm tonight, expecting an answer tomorrow. To my surprise I got a response just a few minutes later! Stefanie was still working and replied almost immediately!)
