Jacob arrived right on time and was very polite and concerned. He explained everything in detail and even went out of his way to meet up with another employee to get the piece of the air-conditioning unit we needed to have replaced. He did the whole thing in just a couple of hours. It was totally totally remarkable and Jacob could not have been more polite and conscientious. Congratulations to Conditioned Air on having such a wonderful employee.
