Conditioned Air is consistently dependable in quality service. Our technician for the maintenance service was Auston Fykes. Auston was professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated patience to explain things so that I could understand the needs of my air conditioner unit. I trust Auston.
HVAC technician George Ratliff was a pleasure to work with. He called to let me know when he would arrive for the biannual maintenance and was right on time. He was very pleasant and explained everything he would be doing and why. I highly recommend Conditioned Air.

We purchase a annual maintenance service plan at a reasonable price. They come out twice a year. We have booked October and April. Well worth the price. The air quality feels great ????
