Josh reached out to us to confirm he was ordering parts because he figured out what was happening with our unit. His quick thinking saved us a few days of zero AC. This is the first time a HVAC service tech contacted us, the night before service, and we really appreciate the extra time he took to make sure he left our system in great working order.
