Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoyed speaking with him. He was on time and very clean
Absolutely amazing service! I came home from vacation to an 85 degree home and an alert on my thermostat and called Conditioned Air. I've used them for the last 10+ years and always liked them but now I love them. I called at 3:30 and they had a service window from 4-6. I took it and my AC was fixed and running by 5:30. They diagnosed the drain pan in the attic unit was flooded, flushed the lines and it worked. So grateful. They're efficient, honest and professional. They send a text message when the technician is on the way with their picture so you know exactly who is arriving. I'll continue to renew my contract with Conditioned Air indefinitely. They're the best!
James did a good job of explaining all he did and told us things that would make our AC run better.
