I would just like to confirm that my four indoor air filters were replaced. I was told they were but don't see any evidence of debris or dust under the units as I usually do. Please just confirm. I also didn't see the old filters disposed of in my garbage or left anywhere else.

C.A. Technician, Humberto Torres, did our PM this time. He was very professional, he carried out the maintenance part carefully. He explained, and recorded in pictures, all of his findings. Upon completion of his work he provided advice and explained the value and technology that our system was capable of providing.
Bob was very helpful in unlocking the thermostat and checked a few things in the garage and outside and was able to get the unit working and cooling!
