Great experience for AC maintenance.
Roody came out to fix a minor problem with our AC & did an awesome job! He was very thorough & explained everything in detail. Great guy!!
Caleb is always the consummate professional! Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with his work.
Excellent service from beginning to end! Truly "Unique" performance! No hassles, no pressure only professional and knowledgeable employees! We were treated with respect and kindness from every employee during the process. Our A/C unit was about 13 years old and had recently been serviced. It suddenly quit working. We had several quotes from other companies but Unique offered the best quality for the best price. We also took advantage of the 0% financing for 12 months and the extended warranty. We are completely satisfied! We highly recommend this company!
Professional and knowledgeable service.
James did a very good job of PMing our unit and changing the return filters throughout the house.
I think he was thorough and did arrive on time!
