b. Conditioned Air: Roughly 80% of the new systems we install are 16 SEER2 and higher. Approximately 25% of our installations are communicating variable speed 18 and 20 SEER2 units. We always highly recommend energy-efficient units if they fit the customer’s budget.

Conditioned Air: With all of our installations, we recommend inquiring about our VIP Maintenance Memberships, which include semi-annual maintenance visits for your new HVAC system along with some additional perks. We register your equipment for its manufacturer’s extended part warranty, and if applicable, we will register your equipment for the extended labor warranty. b. Conditioned Air: We run a heat load on every home to make sure we are offering the correct sizing of HVAC equipment. There are general calculations to estimate the size of unit needed but the heat load tells us a more accurate picture to be sure we are properly sizing the equipment to each home.
