Oscar arrived on time and was very thorough doing the system maintenance. He left my unit very clean. I will continue using Conditioned Air and would recommend them to others.

They installed my AC in June 2021. Today 9/19/25 was a regularly scheduled maintenance visit. Orlando worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the capacitor needed to be replaced and was able to replace it today.
Daniel conducted a thorough inspection,and identified the issue.He completed the necessary repairs in a timely fashion.
