We are very impressed with Conditioned Air. We've had a few issues with our AC unit over the past few weeks. We found out the unit stopped working on a Saturday. We were out of town and called Conditioned Air. They sent a technician on Sunday evening for the cost of a typical service call - no uplift for after hours service. The issue was with the outside circuit breaker, which he fixed. A week later we noticed the AC unit wasn't cooling the air (we have an 8 year old builder grade unit in Naples FL). We called Conditioned Air again and the technician diagnosed the we had a refrigerant leak. We decided to replace the unit. He gave us enough refrigerant to keep the unit working until we could replace it. We ordered a new unit through Conditioned Air - they had the best price and I totally trust them. I wholeheartedly recommend Conditioned Air.

It's always a pleasure to have Joey in our home for our six month check up on the HVAC. We got Joey randomly the first time three years ago. We liked his courteous nature, his willingness to explain what he was doing, and his knowledgable approach to his craft. We ask for him each time now and always look forward to his arrival.
