I first learnt of Cool Zone about five weeks ago when they were appointed by the building owner of a light industrial unit that I lease.
Have previously congratulated them on an outstanding job completed in one day to replace AC components etc.
Based upon their performance our residence was in need of replacement and I requested a proposal which was only marginally more than our long serving firm.
Upon one unit going down I contacted Alexander on the Tuesday and the replacement started two days later on the Thursday. No delays all parts and units immediately available. Great communication with Danny and the ever smiling Hernando and initially it was anticipated that it would take two days. As it turns out, they completed it that day and worked constantly for 13 hours .
Cannot praise t the technicians and the whole staff any higher having met many of them today when I dropped off the check, no surprises or extra cost.
Buy cheap and buy twice is my motto, it is wonderful to find a totally professional and communicative business in this modern day and age.
Sorry to go on somewhat, but where praise is due it needs to be said.
