Valdano was very professional and answered all our questions. He was efficient and knowledgeable concerning his job.
Our tech was very thorough and thoughtful. He took his time flushing out the hose and looking at all of the components. When he was finished, he reviewed photos he took to demonstrate that the HVAC unit is in good working order.
Service was prompt and technician was very professional.
JAEL did my semi annual maintenance check on March 7th. Couldn't be happier with his work and results!!!! Very friendly and a pleasure to have him in my home doing this work. I'll be asking for him for future checks.

excellent service tech Javier Henderson, AC quit working 10 PM Friday, Service tech came Saturday determined needed to be replaced, got a quote Sunday morning on cost of replacement and accepted quote, installed on Monday completed by 1 pm. Sales Rep Kyle Pearson did a great job on helping me decide what to replace with. Highly recommend CONDITION AIR.

Mr. Duane was very nice, amicable and explained things. I suspected a drain clog. I know I had maintenance but I have had it happen from time to time and I'm grateful that at least the sensors pick up on it and shut the system down. Because the last thing I want is a leak and my ceiling as he mentioned and then having to replace the drywall. It could also be much worse and cost much more. And I told him as I am to all of you guys as well, that you're willing to have people work the evening shift because I know it's rough. I used to work those shifts and it can be hard. I'm sure it's an adventure. But I'm grateful for you having someone and willing to come out because well I am a wuss, I don't like to go without air for long. Also cuz I have small little pets and I want to make sure they'll be okay too. So once again thank you so much!
It was an excellent experience all the way around. Great responsiveness, excellent knowledge, friendly manner. It was a pleasure in every sense of the word.
