Your technician, George Ratliff,, Called 20 minutes before he arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. He was clearly competent, polite, explaining the maintenance service especially why algae was found in the line; how to put the filter in properly & to keep the fan on "auto", not "on" to keep the humidity in the house down. Will definitely request him in the future.

Today's service was excellent. Joey showed up early, which is always a plus. He explained what he was going to do and went right to work. This was my first plumbing service and it went well. Parts were needed for our AC unit and Joey had them and did the replacements. This was a great service.
