I am a new homeowner in Naples, Fla. I was not living in the house yet as the former owner was staying for 2 months. Luckily she was there to notice a slow drip. I contacted Condition Air , the
Company she had used. I couldn't have chosen better. They are so professional and did their utmost to help me, as I was not even in Florida. Answered all communication promptly, came immediately to access the problem and followed up with recommendations. The repair lasted from 12-7pm. with Luke, the technician, working constantly. A supervisor came upon completion to make a final inspection. From my experience, one does not see this type of work ethic too often.

Austin Fykes was the service tech that came to my house? I had a water back up in my HVAC system. Austin actually came earlier than the appointment time, very courteous and friendly. I can also say he spent an hour or more working on my unit inside and out along with the drainage pipe outside my home. He was the most experienced tech that has been in my home. He also educated me on taking proper care so back ups don't happen or at least less often. I highly recommend Austin and Conditioned Air.

Justin and the scheduler Izzy are both extremely valuable assets for Conditioned Air. Justin came out promptly and went above and beyond the service call to make sure my unit was maintenance properly and made it right by finishing the needed cleanings. He even cleaned my plenum and retapped it for me. His honesty, integrity, and accountability to the customer deserves a big raise and a promotion! Without Justin I would be calling a different HVAC company to come do my service maintenance, but because of him, I am staying with Conditioned Air. 10/10 for Justin and Izzy!
