Keith was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. He is the only technician to volunteer to walk through the house to make sure the vents were in the correct position. We request that Keith be assigned to our account for the next maintenance visit.

My system went down while I was away. George Ratliff (Conditioned Air) arrived about 2 hours after I called and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Unfortunately a part had to be ordered. New part was available in 3 days and installed quickly after that. System is up and running. Great technical support from George and also good customer service on getting the part quickly and fast scheduling!
