Daniel Branca sent text arrived at house in 40" and had problem diagnosed in a few minutes. The manager was with him and agreed with Daniel what the problem was. They had to order a fan blade and said it would be installed by the end of this week. It is still under warranty so there wasn't a charge. I am very happy with the outcome with the service call today.
