Maintenance service---- on time---- very through-----' great personality and went an extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly------ I have one furnace with 3 zones so it is very tricky ???? but Bob did great ???? ???? ????
The staff at Conditioned Air are professional, reliable, and trustworthy. The communication and follow up is unusually excellent. They never pressure for additional services. Been with company for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

Technician Austin Grubb was great. Appeared to do a thorough 90-120 min maintenance check of both HVAC & Plumbing systems. Our first time for plumbing maintenance & it seemed to be a good, thorough check. He is also very pleasant and articulate...clearly explained what he'd done & the couple of suggestions he had for us & why. Your survey asks how much we paid for this visit. Hard to answer since we have annual contracts for both systems so it's half of each added together. I guessed @ $200-$300.
Tech (James) was awesome! Explained things very clearly. I'd love to get him on all calls!

It's always a pleasure to have Joey in our home for our six month check up on the HVAC. We got Joey randomly the first time three years ago. We liked his courteous nature, his willingness to explain what he was doing, and his knowledgable approach to his craft. We ask for him each time now and always look forward to his arrival.
