Conditioned Air has serviced our HVAC system at our home for several years. They've always been reliable with regard to showing up and doing what was required. However, this review will focus on the Company providing service that went way beyond standard operating procedures in helping us out in what can only be described as an emergency situation. Our 5 Ton unit, about ten years old, died on May 11th. Our youngest son was getting married on May 14. Our home was going to be filled with three of our four kids, plus grandkids on May 12. Incredibly, Conditioned Air was able to add some coolant on the 11th, even while the condenser was cooked and leaking, the coolant lasted through the 12th, and they were able to get a crew here on Saturday, the 13th, to fully install a new 5 ton unit, slam, air handler, and thermostat in under 5 hours from 7:00AM- Noon on that day. The crew was efficient, professional, unobtrusive, and cleaned up and removed everything in that time. Other than 15 minutes in our home to install and explain the new thermostat, three generations of our family were able to function in a cool home without any disruptions whatsoever. The salesman, John Panella, came over on the night of the 11th and not only quoted an excellent price for the job, but also was able to commit to get the job done on the 13th and did exactly that. The crew as well as the service techs were all great and understood what was at stake with our son's wedding day on Sunday, the 14th, and the full house we would have as of the Afternoon of the 12th. Everyone performed at and above what was expected to assure our family was comfortable and they succeeded fully. 100% success on the job and 100% satisfaction from this long time customer who will continue to rely on Conditioned Air for all of our HVAC needs. In addition, we also signed up for their Plumbing services earlier in the year and here too, they provide superior service and professionalism. I have absolutely zero reservations in recommending Conditioned Air for service, installation, and fairness in pricing while fully accommodating every need in a neat, timely, and fully professional and friendly manner. A+++ all the way! They saved a deeply important weekend for my entire family from what very well might have been a nightmare for my wife and me, our children and our grandchildren. Outstanding in every way. Thank you, John and the whole crew from those on the phones, those who manage their inventory, to the installers and technicians!
Technician GreggTremblay was courteous, personable and mindful of our floors and equipment. He was methodical in his preventive maintenance of our HVAC system inside and out and honest about its condition. We would be happy to have him for all our future PM.
