Great service done by Leonard today! He did a very thorough work on our ACs and a pool heater. He also kept us informed and suggested items to look after in the future.
My service technician Pete arrived on time, was clean, professional and took care of the maintenance in a timely manner. Also, he was able to answer my questions and provided literature about the company's plumbing division in case we gad a need for that service. He did an outstanding job!
Came out for AC unit not working within a few hours of the service request. Very helpful in finding the part which needed fixed and finding replacement.
We've had a good experience with Condition Air. I felt they were honest when quoting a new unit compared to the company we had been using. We also use them for maintenance. Recently there was a scheduling snafu that I didn't catch and Myra was able to remedy the problem quickly.

It's always a pleasure to have Joey in our home for our six month check up on the HVAC. We got Joey randomly the first time three years ago. We liked his courteous nature, his willingness to explain what he was doing, and his knowledgable approach to his craft. We ask for him each time now and always look forward to his arrival.
