They installed my AC in June 2021. Today 9/19/25 was a regularly scheduled maintenance visit. Orlando worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the capacitor needed to be replaced and was able to replace it today.
Daniel conducted a thorough inspection,and identified the issue.He completed the necessary repairs in a timely fashion.

You had the wrong name for our tech. Michael George was our tech. He did a very good job. He was efficient and professional. He is the 1st tech to ever explain the dehumidifier system to me. He was very helpful.

A a strong electrical burning oder coming air vents @8:30pm. Called Conditioned Air who sent Jael to our house at 10pm who could not have been any nicer. He quickly found the issue and resolved it. We did not want to wait due to the circumstances abd CA came through big time. For that we thank them and Jael for their prompt attention. Very happy to have purchased our unit and their service.
My air conditioner went on the fritz and I was to catch a flight out that same day. I explained my situation to CONDITIONED AIR and they had a technician out by 2:00. diagnosed the problem and I was able to make my flight!
