Josh our technician quickly responded by locating a needed part replacement once our system began to experience issues. Josh reached out to us to confirm he was ordering parts because he figured out what was happening with our unit. His quick thinking saved us a few days of zero AC. This is the first time a HVAC service tech contacted us, the night before service, and we really appreciate the extra time he took to make sure he left our system in great working order.
