Our tech Emiliyan was the absolute best. He was on time and gave us his expected completion time (and was spot on). He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative and he patiently answered our questions. He cleaned up his work areas when he was finished and did a superb job installing our HVAC system. Conditioned Air needs to find a way to keep him on staff as he was probably the best tech (of any discipline) we've had in the 8 years we've lived here in Venice. Everything is working fine! Michael George was excellent. He came for our semi annual check up but found a problem right away, there was water in the pan. He discussed options to avoid a flood in future, got us a quote, ordered the part and made an appointment to return the next day to install the part. He provided excellent service both days. We were very impressed, best tech we ever had!! Hope he's our service technician all the time!!
