AC/Heat went out in one of the units of our duplex. I was worried since it was Saturday, but I called and got the Answering service who placed a service call for me.
They were out the same day and not only fixed the problem, but took care of the preventative maintenance on both our AC/Heat units.
The techs couldn't have been more helpful. I'm very impressed!
