The repair was covered under warranty and maintenance contact which covered parts and labor. We only had a small service assessment charge for them to come and see what was causing us to lose air conditioning. The only apparent delay in repairs was waiting for the part we needed to be shipped to our service provider. Every technician sent by Conditioned Air are always professional and pleasant to talk to.
