Very polite and informative and thorough. Took close to 2 hours. Did not rush the service. I would want him again.
Micheal and Star did an amazing job on installing our new AC unit. They advised ahead of their arrival time, showed up on time, and finished a bit earlier than I expected. The set about their work professionally. They were courteous and thoughtful …they cleaned up after themselves to make it look like they'd never been here, let alone have removed a dirty old AC system and installed a new unit in a terribly small space. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Thank you Michael and Star.
Had to wait about a week on parts. Installation went smoothly. Waiting on them to repair garage ceiling where their tech guy stepped through it.
