A big shout out to Jeff Grant who analyzed our situation in Bonita Springs where our builder's model Carrier ac's were dying or dead after 8.5 years and sent 2 crews out 2 days later ( Alex, Luis, Ariel , Lazarus) to install a 4 ton unit and a 1.5 ton Lennox unit in 1 day - very clean and Professional installation. We were leaving for New Jersey due to health issues / doc appts. and Conditioned Air really came through in the clutch.Really competent folks. I am 72 years old and have owned 7 homes with all kinds of hvac issues throughout the years. Conditioned Air is the best hvac company I have encountered period.Do have a nest thermostat issue but that is not their beer - Google needs to fix nest humidity monitoring issues. But I would highly recommend Conditioned Air. Adding latest work by Devin on 3/2/26 - did normal maintenance and helped me hook up new Honeywell thermostats to internet to monitor from my cell . He showed incredible patience and knowledge of system. Again, great company two thumbs up.
