Four stars because the necessary service was pushed a day due to faulty vehicle. So, we were out of our house overnight because there was no redundancy in their system and the supervisor wouldn't leave his office to fill in. No A/C in this weather wasn't sufficient angst and pain for us to suffer for him to get out and follow through.
Today, Josh was terrific. Professional, experienced, efficient. Resolved the matter and offered tips for more efficient system performance.
We have used Conditioned Air for about 10 years at two different homes and have been nothing but happy each time they have had to come out. They are completely honest and reasonable when it comes to repairs. Every employee that has come out for maintenance, assessment, or repairs is trust-worthy, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
