I was not in town , however my home watch person was there. According from him, the service guys kept him informed along the way. He thought they did a good job.

The service tech that came to our house, Manuel, did a good job of successfully troubleshooting the cause of our high compressor running current draw(Amps) which turned out to be a bad capacitor in the condensing unit. The cost of the service call to asses the unit performance was very reasonable at $60.
The only disappointing aspect of the service call was the pricing of the new capacitor and a quoted price of additional refrigerant, which was much higher(double) than what other vendors charge.
Technician was very knowledgeable. Probably the best I have ever seen.
