Cole did a great job. I called because my thermostat screen was blank. A diagnostic appointment was scheduled at $69 plus $100 trip charge. Also a Maintenance service was added at a $250 charge. When Cole came he said the thermostat was off probably because the water safety switch was tripped. He disconnected the water switch and the thermostat came back on. He said no diagnostic service was needed, he just needed to clear the drain line. He said he would have just scheduled the first maintenance service if he had been doing the scheduling and suggested I call and explain the situation to see if they would credit the un-necessary diagnostic and trip charges. I called but have not seen any credit issued yet. As I said, Cole was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Ethan had done a thorough 6 maintenance on my system and was very pleasant to work with. Great job. I have been a customer for at least 3 years and I love the maintenance service that gives me peace of mind that my ac will always be available. Great job.
