Michael George was excellent. He came for our semi annual check up but found a problem right away, there was water in the pan. He discussed options to avoid a flood in future, got us a quote, ordered the part and made an appointment to return the next day to install the part. He provided excellent service both days. We were very impressed, best tech we ever had!! Hope he's our service technician all the time!!
