Austin Grubb from Conditioned Air is the best HVAC tech we've had in Naples. He opened a clogged drain pipe which prevented our AC working. After he arrived I mentioned that our mini split was not working either. He took extra time to find a refrigerant leak in some copper tubing, which he replaced, placed under vacuum to dry it out, tested for leaks, and recharged the refrigerant. He stuck around to make sure the main AC and mini split were working. We're comfortable again. Austin was a real pleasure to work with.
