We are very pleased with our overall service with Conditioned Air. They techs are excellent and always very upfront and honest. We had a 10 year old air conditioner and when the motor broke we discussed our options and never felt pressured to order a new unit. Thank you to Dave our technician and Sam, our sales person we are going to be the proud new parents of a new air conditioning system. Great company! The installation went very well and the technicians were very professional and worked straight through until we again had air. We have always been impressed with the quality of the technicians and the professionalism of the entire team. We have had such issues with other companies and since we changed over 6 years ago we have been very satisfied. World Class service.

Austin Grubb from Conditioned Air is the best HVAC tech we've had in Naples. He opened a clogged drain pipe which prevented our AC working. After he arrived I mentioned that our mini split was not working either. He took extra time to find a refrigerant leak in some copper tubing, which he replaced, placed under vacuum to dry it out, tested for leaks, and recharged the refrigerant. He stuck around to make sure the main AC and mini split were working. We're comfortable again. Austin was a real pleasure to work with.
