Service on time and so far all is well. The systems has been serviced and working as expected.
The only issue so far was that I asked the technician to install some brackets and was told that there is no cement to attach it to.
Not a big deal because the unit is not shaking, but come hurricane season it can become a problem. So I'm going to Home Depot to get them and install them myself
