Ivan the tech was courteous and thorough
Very nice, polite, we had a nice conversation. Did his work and left.
My technician Larry Leon was fantastic. He explained to me in detail what he did and what he found. He changed my air filter of which I had next to my HVAC unit. He was a real gentleman and pleasure to deal with !
????????
Diagnosed the problem immediately, tracked down the needed part, and had me up and running right away. I was disappointed that a 2 year old part failed, but realize that's on the manufacturer, not this technician.
Very professional and knowledgeable. A lot of valuable advice. Highly recommended!
They came quickly and timely as our air had gone out completely. Fixed it when they got there. Had the part in the truck. Huge help!! We've used them for several years now and always been happy with our service.
We have been very happy that we chose Conditioned Air a few years ago when we needed to replace our AC system. They gave us a reasonable price for the equipment and installation and have continued to provide good service for our yearly maintenance and a recent after hours repair. I would definitely recommend this company.
Robert.... wow.... On time, explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. Worked well, efficiently, and tirelessly to make the system work. He was courteous and easy to talk to... without wasting his or our time. I was so happy with his performance we signed up for a yearly service contract. Way to go Conditioned Air's Robert !!!!
Installation very efficient, and courteous,
Very good at explaining everything.
