Outstanding service! the technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
On 4/4/2025 my air conditioner was serviced by Conditioned Air. The tech said he found the capacitor in the outside unit was out of tolerance and needed to be replaced. He said it was just outside the 5% tolerance range. I asked if it could wait till the next visit in 6 months, but he said it may not last that long and require a service call. I was CHARGED $266.48 for the exact same JARD 12790 50uf capacitor I could by on Amazon for $22.10. It took the tech 4 minutes to replace this capacitor since he already had the unit opened for my 6 month routine service which I paid $250 for x2 visits. We purchased this air conditioner from Conditioned Air in July of 2021 less than 4 years ago and have had Conditioned Air service the unit every 6 months since then. I'll let the reader decide if this was a fair price...
