Air conditioning stopped late Friday evening. Called Conditioned Air 8am Saturday, they were on site 9:30, found bad capacitor. Back to normal 10:00. Thank you for the quick response!
I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of their technicians. My last three interactions with tech's at different properties have been fantastic, with Austin being the best so far!
I had such a great experience with the AC technician Quang Nguyen who came out to help us. his supervisor Jacob even went the extra mile to get the unit running. They were punctual, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the AC up and running in no time. The house is cool again, and I'm so grateful. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs!
Excellent service.
Thank you for all your efforts in getting the unit back and running.
The technician was great and very informative.
Tech was very polite, competent, and efficient. Well done.
Appointment easy to make. Technician arrived on time and explained condition of my unit. Good maintenance on the unit.
Service was outstanding.
Despite other non AC issues he stuck it out and got AC fixed. Personable, efficient, professional.
Roger did a great job! He is very knowledgeable. Rogwr was 1000 times better than Emanuel (I believe that was his name.) who services our air conditioning er 5 days earlier.
Friendly, efficient and thorough service
