I've been a loyal customer of Conditioned Air for maybe 15 years. They are simply the best AC company. I've tried other companies because they offer competitive pricing but it's NEVER worth it. I always end up coming back to Conditioned Air. When the hot weather hit and my AC overloaded, the tech they sent out (Michael) went way above and beyond cleaning out all the gunk that was backing up the furnace. But that just how Conditioned Air is. They are the best. Just trust me. Don't waste your time with any other company.

We have used Conditioned Air to provide semi-annual A/C checks and maintenance. We recently had the pleasure of have Justin Whitney as our technician. Justin was pleasant and efficient and provided thorough explanations of his findings. He also installed a biocide dispenser to help prevent algae buildup. A bit costly, but hopefully will prevent emergency visits by a technician in mid-summer. One of the pluses of using conditioned air is that they have always been very responsive to emergency situations whenever they arose. They had a technician on site within a reasonable time and made the repair quickly.
